Shipra Ambast filed complaint against Mamaearth on Apr 15, 2022
I have ordered * products from Mama Earth and as per schedule it was supposed to be delivered on April *th ****, though I received an OTP message on *th itself about the package will be delivered but it never happened. I checked the status it is visible as out for delivery. The remark what is mentioned is that the consignee is not available to receive the order but they never reached out to me. I also shared an alternative number still no calls.
I tried to connect with Delhivery - the delivery company, they said to connect with mama earth - and when i connect with Mama Earth there is no response on chat support, there is no one available on customer care number.
I am writing this complaint now on April **th, **** and still waiting for my order, i even tried to cancel the order but i'm unable to do so.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
