On **th April I made a payment in mamaearth website for two products.. order id is - ***********...but after deduction money order automatically cancel and didn't get the money back and then they are saying we didn't receive the payment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
