I was supposed to get my shipment delivered in **th Feb and here we are on **th Feb still no update.. from **th Feb I have been contacting them everyday just to hear that my complaint is been highlighted and I will get an update within **-** hrs.. I spoke with a supervisor Vikram or Vikrant and was promised an update within ** hrs. Called back the next day to talk to him but was told he is not available and again a callback was arranged. Called back the next day and was told he was busy on another call and should wait for complete ** hrs to talk to him. These people are just playing around big time . The agents there make no sense when they talk and are rather busy reading their scripts. I have to take time from my hectic schedule and call them just to hear that I have to wait for ** hrs more?? The only reason they give is my order is not in position for delivery thats it.
