I ordered a product from Flipkart on ** Sept **** which is a Rucksack. They mentioned to deliver it till *th Oct ****. The product didn't come on this date and then the date of delivery got extended to *th oct ****. Then again product didn't delivered. So this process keep continued till *th Nov **** and on *th Nov **** ,they automatically cancelled my product without my permission and any intimation. I tried to call them but they always disconnect the call later. During this whole period I suffered from humiliation and the harassment. Please if this consumer complaint actually do what they says, then I am seeking for help and I need justice here.
