I ordered * products on flipkart on * July, **** during big billion day for my niece and grand father and the initial promised delivery is on ** july, ****. However, they didn't deliver it until today and only god knows when. Everytime i call them i get the same resolution like, i have to wait * more days to get an update. The thing is my product reached to my nearest hub **days ago, but still they are not delivering my order. Couple of days ago, they updated on the tracking saying it is a pincode mismatch and out of delivery location area. But the thing is, the logistics service provider is not willing to deliver any orders in my locality. Multiple friends in my location too are facing the same problems. Please look into it and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. I'm mentally drained talking to customer service and expecting a delivery. If aI have to buy it now, it costs **** rupees more
