Dear Voxya Team,
I have placed order (Order#*******ENMEDFDABD) on **st Aug and expected delivery date was *th Sep **** and till date there is no action or proper response from Customer Service assistance. for each and every email their response is same without proper details or clarifications when my package will be delivered.
moreover in the first they said me to wait for ** hrs and after **hrs done they are not providing the actual information or status of delivery.
I want to file case against them for wasting my time and disturbing my Job Life.
