my order has till not reached the receiver. the track shows that it has reached Kathmandu on **th Nov but till now not delivered. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. It was a Bhai dooj gift and the occasion was on ** Nov which has already gone. Very poor service. And no refund of money.
