Date of delivery : *th August, ****
Item still not delivered and Flipkart agents keep saying they have no option to cancel or refund and they do not even have confirmation on the item delivery. *.* months of wait totally wasted.
Sharing my series of conversations with NO RESOLUTION with any of these CS agents:
I ordered the product on *th July, **** and was told to wait for almost a month and then will receive the delivery that was due on *th August, **** that I did wait.
*th August- I receive the status that it has been now moved to deliver on **th
**th August- I wait again but when I see no message from Flipkart on delivery update, I call customer service and talk to Dhanshree and she convinced me that she raised the escalation and the item will be delivered at the earliest which then moves the delivery to **th.
**th August- I wait the whole day again and then follow the same process and talk to Bhawna and ask her to give me confirmation on the delivery surely it cancel my order as I have waited enough. She mentions that she cannot cancel it but will forward the request. Next I see on the Flipkart app that date moves to **st
**st August- waiting the whole day and passing through the same non sensitive attitude from Flipkart, I call CS again and ask for the Supervisor. Manish as the supervisor comes on the call and giving me the same non-sense with no attitude to help tell me to wait while he raises a request to cancel and will arrange a call back and will himself confirm in ** hours on the status of cancellation. BIG LIE as nothing gets done. No cancellation confirmed, no refund processed and no one calls back off course. I have waited enough and for over *.* months where Flipkart team has no idea where my item is?
Flipkart team has no clue what the delivery date will be?
And Flipkart team right from agents to supervisors has no rights to cancel my order and process refund and no solution offered whatsoever. I have been raising and escalating this everyday with them but they pay no heed that the item is not delivered and it is not a small amount but an item worth ***** Rupees.
**rd August- I call again and repeat the same story to deaf ears of Flipkart agents and this time Prajwal tells me he sees it is getting escalated and same dialogues of “I understand “ but neither can we cancel NOR can we refund. Item still not Received. Item still not cancelled and no refund processed.
**th August- completely done with this ridiculous customer support team and approach, but with no option but to call them and listen to their stupid verbatim. I get connected to Shiva where I didn’t want to spend my energy in repeating it and asked him to connect me to Manager . I get connected to Gurmeet who half way comfortably HANGS UP ON Me (this is the manager servicing customers)
Even after this crappy behaviour, I again call and ask to get connected to another manager which is NOT Fulfilled by Akhilesh as he thinks that he will be able to tackle the issue still repeats the same sorry line and same crap to me with NO SOLUTION.
How does the Flipkart team has the audacity to say that they have resolved my issue when after *.* MONTHS—— the item is not delivered. No one in Flipkart has details about delivery. My order is not cancelled that I have been requesting each day and no refund of *****/- has been processed.
No solution is provided and this is the worst and most pathetic customer service experience I have even seen.
I need confirmation on cancellation and refund immediately or this has to be taken through the other course of action!!

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
