I ordered a bookay for my valentine for same day delivery and they didn't deliver the gift. There was no update from the team. There was no reply over email. The customer care number is fake which is always engaged. There was no way i could reach out to this company and get an update on my order. I also didn't get any refund. A big company like this are cheating people. Someone should take action against this company.
