The product got shipped from Us on ** April ****. It has cleared customs in Bangalore on ** May ****. My plight escalated from then. Despite regular emails to customercare and writing to top at FedexIndia, I am getting standard replies everyone knows. Now the shipment is at Hyderabad from ** May ****, undelivered. FedEx India is being unhelpful.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
