It's been more tan ** days now that i have been trying to reach FedEx Customer care, but no luck. Every time it says call has been forwarded. I don't have any update about my shipment since **st Aug. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service. My shipment is not having any update or getting delivered though it is near my location. In-spite of escalation through email dated *th Sept my shipment haven't moved an inch. In a well connected city like Ranchi where all the other companies are providing on time delivery, at-least delivering the shipment is least you can do.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
