I have placed an order for manduka mats on ** june ****. The mats were shipped from USto India . I stay at hyderabad and the parcel reached Bangalore on ** june **** and is presently lying at customs Bangalore. I booked the parcel with my name post marriage but my I'd proof is with name prior to marriage.My AWB ************. I have submitted all the documents that were asked for but FedEx till date has not responded or acknowledged the receipt of documents.i am contacting customer care everyday and theh just sympathize with me but are not releasing my parce. Can you please get my parcel released on urgent basis.
