So I had placed my order for PURINA SUPERCOAT ADULT DRY DOG FOOD **kg from the company called “The pet care” on the **th of June. It’s been * days since I’ve placed the order and immediately after I placed the order I did receive an email stating that I would receive the tracking details in the next ** hours but no update as of now. They aren’t picking up my calls. They ghosted me on instagram as well when I DM’ed them. Also when I did text them via whatsapp they ghosted me for a while and when they replied after few days they were super rude and said “ I will give you free dog food for a year for free just let me know if you want” in a sarcastic way and when I tried to explain, they pretended to not understand what I even was talking about. I definitely need my money back and I do not appreciate this rude behaviour from their end. I want necessary action to be taken against this bunch of fraudsters who steal money from people in the name of a website.
