I am sharing detailed information regarding my experience with the aforementioned website. I placed an order with the ID #**** for the product "Royal Canin Renal Support (Veterinary Diet) Dry Dog Food," valued at ₹*,***.**, on **-**-****. However, I have not received any shipping details or responses to their queries via email or the provided official WhatsApp number (**********).
What is particularly alarming is the response received when I expressed my concerns and threatened legal action. The seller resorted to abusive language and only promised an update by the upcoming Friday, which raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of their operations.
