I have ordered dog food for amount **** last September ****. I followed up for my order with them on WhatsApp, Facebook, mailing them. I did not receive my order nor the refund. It's been disturbing to know lot of others have also faced this recently and this should stop. These companies are fooling and taking advantage of pet owners. I have started following up again now for my refund or a response from the company for the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
