I placed an order on August **st. Delivery was supposed to happen with *-** days. When contacting the support team, they said they would get it shipped within * days. Still did not happen. Again messaged on whatsapp and email, they agreed to re-ship it, but did not happen. Ive informed them to refund the amount or I would file a consumer complaint. They have stopped responding to mails/messages on whatsapp. I'm unable to get my money back and my pet fell ill as well because I had to give substitute food while waiting for an alternate place to deliver the food. Very frustrated and misleading.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
