The issue that I have experienced was: I selected the products and placed the order So at time of placing order it asked me to provide my contact details. I provided the correct address and email id but by mistake the last two digits of the phone number that I provided was incorrect. It was a prepaid order.Once I started receiving the details on email about my order I tried reaching Mamaearth to correct my mobile number or atleast update an alternate number of my husband so that the delivery guy can reach me But they refused saying that after placing the order it cannot be done and told me that can try reaching the delivery partner once the product is dispatched and they can help me.They closed the ticket with this.
Once the order was dispatched I tried calling the delivery partner .They refused saying that the seller needs to do the changes.Now I am stuck.
Neither they are updating the phonenumber associated with my account.Nor are they providing the number of the delivery partner so that I can contact them.
I cant login and change my details as it asks for otp and otp is going to the incorrect number.I cant login with my email id ..as it also asks for otp.For login,cancellation anything I need the number to get updated.
The package is lying in the delivery hub in my location and I cant get it just because they are not updating the number or providing me an option to update an alternate number.I am blocked in every way.
Also for future orders I inquired.they are asking me to create a new account with new email id and new number to place orders so I asked them what happens to the old account where my email id is already there.They said they would not delete it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
