நான் ஜூலை ** அன்று முடி நேராக்கிகளுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டேன் மற்றும் ஆன்லை எண் # ***** உடன் நான் ஆர்டர் உறுதிப்படுத்தல் மின்னஞ்சலை பெற்றேன். அஞ்சல் போடு, என் ஆர்டரில் ஏதேனும் மெயில் புதுப்பிப்பு கிடைக்கவில்லை. நான் ஆன்லைனில் தடமறிய முயற்சித்தபோது, என் ஆர்டர் எண் பதிவுகளில் காண்பிக்கப்படவில்லை. @ வைரல் கியர் ஆதரவு பல அஞ்சல் எழுதினார். இல் (இது மட்டுமே தொடர்பு உள்ளது), இன்னும் எந்த பதிலும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. ஆரம்பத்தில் இதை தீர்க்க உதவவும்.
