Initially they just kept delaying the delivery date and then marked the package as lost.
It was a medium sized trolley bag with another sack attached to it. They didn't bother to justify the reason or anything and there is no customer support number.
I got reply over email after following up so many times that it is lost and amount paid will be refunded back but that too hasn't happened yet.
I called the person who picked up the package from Pune and through him got contacts for location where it was lost Bilaspur HR and Tauru Facility. Someone checked and sent the picture of my package passing through the security gate and then according to them it has gone to some blind spot hence marked lost.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
