My package ( Tracking No: I********, Reference No: NP/*******, Booking Date: **st apr'**) was supposed to get delivered today (**th apr'**) to Hyderabad (Pin Code: ******).
But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".
The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.
Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it today urgently. I am even cool with going to "Gachibowli Master Franchisee" myself and take the package, if it is possible.
In any case, I have raised a ticket on DTDC Support website (#*******). Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible. Hoping to get a positive response from DTDC soon. Thanks.
