On **th October ****, I Ordered Realme * Pro mobile Paying an amount of *,*** Rs using SBI debit card in Flipkart using Flipkart App, the order was approved and received a Confirmation Mail from Flipkart, In the order tracking the product packing and shipping date was mentioned on **th October **** and the delivery date was mentioned on **nd November ****.
On **th October **** I was tracking the order still it was not packed and shipped yet which supposed to be dispatched on **th October ****, so I contacted the Flipkart customer support through Help Chat in the Flipkart App, The Customer Executive mentioned that the product is not yet dispatched so he will be raising a complaint (*st Time) and it will be resolved by *th November ****. I Received a mail also for the complaint raised for the above-mentioned issue and waited for the issue to resolve.
On *th November ****, I received an update mail from Flipkart customer support stating that they need a additional one day i.e., *th November **** to resolve the issue, I contacted the Flipkart Customer through Call and checked the reason for the delay, after few minutes of conversation the Customer Executive raised the complaint again (*nd Time ) for the issue and promised that they are working with the seller on this issue and assured that the product will be delivered by *th November ****. I received a mail for the *nd time complaint raised and again waited for the issue to resolve.
On *th November **** I was tracking the order again still it was not packed and shipped yet, so I contacted the Flipkart customer support as a reminder through call and checked, after few minutes of conversation the Customer Executive raised the complaint again (*rd Time ) for the issue and stated that the issue will be resolved by **th November ****. I received a mail for the *rd time complaint raised. Again in the evening, I received a mail from the Flipkart Customer support stating that they are working with the seller on this issue and assured that the product will be delivered by **th November.
I got fed up of all this issue and decided to cancel the order, next day *th November **** I contacted the Flipkart Customer through Help Chat in the Flipkart App, Again I explained the issue to the customer support from day one to till now, after few minutes of conversation the Customer Executive raised the complaint again (*th Time ) for the issue and stated that the issue will be resolved by **th November ****. I received a mail asking for the feedback from the Customer Support after the end of the conversation.
On **th November **** I received a mail from the Flipkart Customer Support stating that “While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled”. I checked the order tracking in the Flipkart App still it is showing “Seller is processing your Order”. Next day **th November **** I contacted the Flipkart Customer through Call, Again I explained the issue to the customer support from day one to till now, after few minutes of conversation the Customer Executive raised the complaint again (*th Time ) for the issue. I received a mail asking for the feedback from the Customer Support after the end of the conversation. I waited for another * days didn't get any response from Flipkart team.
On **th November **** again I contacted the Flipkart Customer care through Help Chat in the Flipkart App, This time I didn't get any Customer Executive to chat, only one option was available to write the issue, Again I wrote the issue from day one to till now and waited for the reply. On **th November I received call from the Flipkart Customer Executive for the complaint raised (*th time) on **th November ****, again I explained the issue to the customer support and the Customer Executive again he repeated the same thing and stated that in ** hrs the Item will be cancelled and Refund amount will be initiated and disconnected the call, after few minutes received a mail from the Flipkart Customer Support stating that “Please be assured that we'll take definite steps to set this right and will get back to you with an update by ** to ** hours”.
Today Date **th November ****, still I didn't get any response from any of the Flipkart team member , Whenever I contact the customer support different person will pick the call, each time I have to explain them from day one to till date wasting ** minutes to ** minutes and each time they are asking me to wait for **hrs to **hrs that I will get the resolution, But till now I didn't get any solution for my problem. Still in the order tracking it is showing the “Seller is processing the Order”, Flipkart team are not taking any action for the complaint raised till date, Neither Cancelling my order nor Refunding the money, almost it is ** days ago that the order was placed.
