I ordered a package from H&M on **/**/****. I opted for COD.
However, On ** July I recieved a payment link from the Delhivery company to pay it online if interested and I paid the whole amount of **** to the link. When the delivery boy came he asked me for Cash, even though I had already paid. He did not give me my parcel and also he returned my parcel without my permission.
I called Delhivery customer care helpline repeatedly to solve this issue. They told me that Yes your order is paid, it is some technical issue so the delivery guys are not updated that my order is placed.
They told me that my order will be delivered to be within ** hours. And this happened around ** July. However, I did not receive my parcel until now. And I was calling customer service everyday, and everyday they kept saying it will be delivered in ** hours.
Finally on *th August my parcel returned to my city again. The same thing happened again. The delivery boy kept asking me to pay in cash. Apparently he said that they had not been updated about my payment. Agin when I called customer services, they said Yes my order is paid and they’ll update the delivery guy about this, and my issue will be resolved within ** hours.
Then on *th August they asked me again for cash payment, and I again called customer services and they said the same that my issue will be resolved with if ** hours.
Today is *th August, the delivery guy is still asking me for cash payment, and I again called Customer service and they again said it will be resolved within ** hours.
This is my waste of time energy and money. This company is a fraud and has put me in a lot of trouble more than once. I demand a heavy compensation and a strict punishment for what they have done. Here I have attached the screenshot of payment. I also sent numerous mails and this company has failed utterly to address to this issue at all.
