Zouk bags - Package Not Delivered

I had ordered Kutch Gamthi Everyday Tote Bag worth of ₹*** on **th May ****. The estimated delivery date was **nd May ****.The item was shipped on **nd May and i got a OTP and Delivery Person details from ECOM Express. I tried to connect Delivery Person but there is no response and also there is no call from them. And then tracking status changed to undelivered without any information.
After that I sent mail to Zouk team regarding this issue and they informed to check this issue and deliver at the earliest.
On **th May again I faced the same issue. Tried to connect ZOUK no one is responding.
Atlast yesterday I got a message that today you will receive package. Tracking status changed to OFD lock without any calls from delivery person.

Kindly investigate this issue and resolve at the earliest.

Attached the screenshot of Contact Number I have tried to connect Delivery Person, Delivery Manager and ECOM Express Toll Free Number.
