I had ordered Taj nakashi u shaped sling bag,wavebeach structured shoulder bag,Sara ali khan satchel bag, and trifold wallet on **/**/**. I paid rs **** through online. On **/**/** I got shipping information and tracking ID. I have been continuously tracking my shipment. On **/**/** the shipment reached my city. From **th March I didn't get any updates on my order. The courier parter is Ecom Express. On **th March **** I emailed to zouk and Ecom express about my order not being delivered. From Ecom express I got a reply that my order is untraceable . And zouk after * days replied that they will look into this matter. I have been continuously asking both zouk and ecom express , but they are not correctly responding to my request. Please someone help me to either get the order delivered or a refund.
