I ordered a sofa from Flipkart on **-**-** on paying full amount of *****, to be delivered by **-**-**.
Flipkart has changed the delivery date * times so far and still not delivered it and have not even given shipping update inspite of many requests.
Whenever issue was raised with customer care, they would just close the issue as resolved by giving a new delivery date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
