delhivery com - Package not delivered

I ordered a galaxy tab s*+ from samsung online shop which was pre-paid using a credit card on **th Sept. The estimated delivery date was ** but it took longer and reached my destination hub in Pune at *th Oct. The product arrived from Gujarat which is a neighbouring state. And on *th the "track my order" on Samsung app shows it's being handled by Delhivery logistics company. Immediately i looked up and saw the negative reviews and people going through trouble because of this Delhivery so I was also worried. And since then like everyone else's my delivery date also keeps changing and getting delayed without any reason. Today is * Oct and on Delhivery.com it's delayed to **th again. It's been * days without any update on the delivery apart from getting delayed. The "track" in Samsung app shows "in transit - destination unable to recieve" . I'm getting worried about my tab. It's giving me so much stress and frustration.
