I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the delivery of my order (Order ID:************** For the past two days, the delivery date has been continuously postponed without any clear explanation. This ongoing delay has raised doubts in my mind, and it now feels like a scam or fraudulent transaction. Due to this, I have completely lost trust in your ability to deliver the product. According to the tracking information, the package arrived at the Mumbai Charkop facility on **th August at *:** PM, which is very close to my location. However, as of today, **th August, there has been no update and the package has not been marked as 'Out for Delivery. The lack of progress and repeated delivery date changes are highly disappointing and now raising serious doubts about whether I will receive my product at all. This delay is unacceptable.
