Very disappointed with Delhivery’s service. The delivery partner refused to deliver my parcel to my address and asked me to come and collect it myself, which completely defeats the purpose of home delivery. I’ve never faced such an issue with other courier services. Despite providing the correct address and being available, the agent still denied delivery. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient experience — I’ll think twice before choosing Delhivery again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
