I have placed an order for curtains of :

I received * feet curtains quantity * but didn't receive * feet curtains quantity * on **th March, ****.
Order ID: ************
AWB: *************
And i raised complaint regarding the refund for the order which was undelivered.
But today (**/**/****) i got mail specifying as " We are sorry to inform you that based on our validation through the system, we would be unable to accept your claim regarding missing order with same awb as it breaches our Meesho policies"
As the order stands undelivered so why i cannot get refund. We customers are getting cheated. We pay full amount for product but we don't get delivered the total order. This is fraud happening with customers. We cannot trust meesho anymore. As this is third time I am facing the same issue.
Pls look into the issue and provide resolution.
