I have placed a order in Dec **** and they have not dispatched yet. I tried to contact but they never responses. I have filed a complaint in NCH ad then Petcare is asking me to withdraw complaint otherwise they will not dispatch the product nor refund the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
