Flipkart - Package has not been delivered since one month

I had placed the order on **th June **** and My product reached me on **rd june when the technician came on **th and opened the tv it was broken from inside and then I put forward a complain to flipkart on that day and then my tv was taken by the seller for replacement on **th july after so many calls to flipkart and they promised us that the new product will be delivered by **st july and the product was not delivered and then I received a mail that my return has been rejected and i have to place another return request after ** hours and they are sitting with my product and my money and they have really mentally harassed me on the phone call last four digits of my order are ****. they are really cheating me. its been * whole month now.
