I have order Eduway *X* Ft Maroon Notice board cost of ****/- on Flipkart. Item was delivered on **.**.**** at designated address ******. Item was found damaged (major damaged) so, I put replacement order on same day at around **:** Hrs. Flipkart confirm me that my replacement order pickup was scheduled on **.**.**** but my replacement order was found cancelled without any notification / call/communication by seller. But I saw two order status one was replacement and other was under dispatch and expected to be received on **.**.****. then I found one more option was there for refund in second order and I tried for the same on **.**.**** but same is also cancelled yesterday on **.**.**** without any communication.
From last more than * to * days I am continuously trying to contact flipkart to resolve my option over their customer service but they are denied to process refund today.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
