My father ordered a car cover and got delivered a torn cover. When we tried to contact those executives they refused to replace and gave us an arrogant response. And they were told that we tore it. He said that they’ll show a CCTV footage of packaging. So I kindly request you to show the entire footage from its manufacturing. Is this the way that they talk to the customer. We order things with utmost trust on them but what are they doing?
