Hello Sir/madam,
This is Nallamekala Venkata Ramana I have purchased Redmi X** Smart TV on Amazon I got delivered by your delivery agent but the product is damaged and not working, But your delivery agent just mentioned in tracking as item got cancelled for this you have initiated refund that's fine.
After many days your delivery agent and hub incharges has came to my home and they misbehave with my family in front of my neighbours and collected that refunded money by directly by providing an acknowledgement letter from them with office seal. And they mentioned to you as product got lossed so they paid the collected money to you they told me. Many time I have contacted the customer support they saying social media team is involved so we can't do anything many time I have asked you're social media team to give call back to me so that I can explain everything but they can't done many days completed but still I didn't get my money back and also the product.
