Amazon - Package delivered Out of four Fan only one was delivered

My Brother ordered four Bajaj forte ****mm Ceiling fans on **th Apr ****. Only one fan was delivered. We asked the delivery executive to show the package and they recorded the packet opening. There was no invoice in the box and the box was filled with cartoons except one fan. We explained the issue with customer care about the missing package. But NO LUCK.
