- Package cancelled without consent and refund still pending Open
I have ordered a Huami Amazfit GTS *e smartwatch on the **th April **** and it was supposed to be delivered on *nd May ****. After making the payment online and also after it was shipped to my nearest delivery hub, the product didn't go out for delivery for couple of days and it was already the *th of May. When I asked the customer support about this they said that there's some logistics error from the Flipkart delivery side so I will have to cancel it and place the order again from a different address if I want it. I was ready to adjust and I cancelled it and also placed a new order for the same product on *th May ****. This time I had to provide my old hostel address (since I'm new to this city I have no place else) and I had to collecting it on the road when it's being delivered (since I don't stay there anymore) and it was supposed to be delivered on *th May ****. But, even on the delivery day it was not out for delivery. I again had a talk with the customer support and they promised that it would be delivered before *pm on the *th of May itself. I waited until *pm and it was not even out for delivery yet so I again connected with the customer support and informed that if it's getting delayed and being delivered on the next day (*th May ****) I need it before *pm as I had a train to catch at *:**pm. She promised that it would be delivered by then for sure. The next day the product was not out for delivery until *:**pm. I tried contacting support again and it was no use, I tried requesting the delivery agent to deliver it immediately and he refused and told me that it would only be delivered after *pm. I cancelled my train ticket and asked him if it's possible to deliver between *:** to *pm and he said he will do it. So I had to book new train tickets for the next day at **:**pm (afternoon) and i went to the delivery location at *:**pm waiting for the delivery. He didn't show up till *:** and I called him. He said he will be there in **mins and he did not show up for more than ** mins. I again called asking him to deliver it immediately and he cut the call as I was speaking and never pickup up my calls after that for a while. I tried contacting customer support but it was no use I kept calling the delivery agent repeatedly and he picked up my calls after nearly * hours of standing in the middle of the road (at *:**pm) and started talking back to me saying, "you think completing a delivery is that easy? Can you do that then?". We had the call for couple of mins and then he again promised that he will be there to deliver it by *:** for sure. And as expected yet again he didn't show up and neither did he answer my calls. I waited till *:** without food or water, and on the roadside for * whole hours. Then had a call with the customer support executive and he gave me an address landmark and asked me to go there and contact Flipkart for delivery hub location so that I can go in person and collect it myself. The next day (*th May ****) I went there (about **kms away) and stood there for more than an hour being on call with the customer support team and they were denying sharing the location or the contact number. I literally stood under the sun for another ** mins yet again because of them and had to go back home and also cancel the train ticket for the second time. The next day morning (Today - **th May ****) at about *:**am in the morning I got an update from Flipkart saying, "As per your request the order was cancelled" without my consent at all. I never asked them to cancel this order. Also, for further proof I have all the call recordings of my phone conversation with the delivery agent as well as the Flipkart customer support. During the * hours that I stood on the road for delivery I've made ** calls to the delivery agent and every single call that he didn't answer, every single call that he spoke back to me, every single promise he made me for the delivery is all recorded. And also I have about **+ call recordings of me speaking with the customer support along with all the promises that they have made as well. Also I still didn't get the refund money from my first cancellation itself which was supposed to be refunded by *th May **** and now this product is also cancelled by them and wrongly accused me for cancelling it. When I called the customer support regarding the same they're saying that nothing can be done now since the product is cancelled. If I want it I should place the order again (now the prices have gone up in all the websites). I asked them how could you cancel without my consent and apparently the delivery agent said that I refused to take the order this morning. He claims that I refused to collect the order from him.
