I have taken a customized package for malaysia including visa work. I have made the full payment also. Later sotc travel executive informed me that they couldn't process visa due to corona virus. So i have to cancel the trip. I asked them to refund which was completly denied. Later i ask them to adjust my amount in alternate trip or provide me credit notes or flight tickets which too they not replying or giving responce to. Now my money is blocked and i can not plan any alternative.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
