I paid ***** advance to Sotc travel limited for booking flight tickets and accommodation in Dubai and was supposed to remaining ***** after confirmation but I cancelled it within * hour of paying the advance money. As per the company policy there is * cancellation if their is no confirmation and tour is not booked .First they said they will refund it but now they are like we will give you a holiday voucher .Please help me out because the company executive is mentally harassing me .
