I with lot of Distress would like to inform you that Soaib Khan not for a bit told us that * Euro per person for * days will be charged from us . We were running short of ** euros cash on our last day. This was eventually been paid by online with all taxes charging a lot of money through online. This was never told by Soaib Khan sales person.
What he told us that it’s mentioned in terms and conditions. You should know that sometimes it’s not possible for a customer to read all the terms. Here we expect that Sales guy will Guide us . But He Is a Big Cheat and a LIAR !! When we told him about this . He simply Lied by telling us that he informed us in India. This was his LIE. He told us to beg for money in front of our co passengers. Outrageous!! SOTC Kolkata Branch DC */* VIP Road Branch.
My Extra Money Gone unnecessarily. I will surely give a media roll back in our local press describing our Harassment caused by the Callousness of Soaib Khan.
We tried to get in touch with Mr. D Bhattacharjee ( Regional Head) . I tried my level best to contact him. But he seems to be disinterested. FINE !!
Yes I will place it to the local media. Will Surely send you the Clippings if the Regional Head Mr. D. Bhattacharjee doesn’t take any action.
