We have booked our honeymoon package of Singapore worth Rs. *,**,***/- but due to this pandemic situation everything got cancel and we have applied for refund, after so much of follow up we got our refund Rs. *,**,***/-. We have not availed any services still they have charges Rs. *****/- as cancellation fee. Its our request as it is very big amount to pay for nothing. pls resolve
