Dear All,
With respect to booking ID zohu****, due to oyo's technical issue, my online transaction was declined on * occasions.But the money was debited from icici bank credit card. So, eventually i ended up paying inr ***** more.
Now I have been following up through oyo call center and mail since **th Oct ****, for refund of inr *****.
There is no proper dates or resultion given.Each time different call center executive shares some different dates.
I am thinking to complain in consumer court at Mumbai.
Kindly assit me in getting my refund .
