OYO Rooms - Oyo not refunding money after cancellation of booking

Booked room in lonavala for **-**sept ****. Cancelled before check in day, as per oyo policy i'm entitled to full refund.
On the App they show that refund of Rs**** is on it's way. But the refund is still not processed.
I called customer support around **st Sept ****, they said refund will be credited in ** days. Today is *th Oct **** and still no refund. Now customer support says I should have called within * days to raise complaint and since I didnt (even though I called them to raise the issue) they will not refund my money.
