- OYO has Started Cheating their Customers Money not Refunded Open
Booked OYO Rooms (ORAVELSTAY PVT. LTD.) on ** Oct and property manager denied Chek-in that day. I was very dissapointed with the customer support executive (Neha Tyagi, Babita, Harmeet & Nikita and many more) at least people's should know how you guyz help your customers. This was my Worst experience with OYO in my lifetime. I Had to wait * hours to check-in my rooms (pre-paid) in the street of Kolkata, had to spend ₹**** more (cab expenses) for transfering the hotel but OYO has no co-ordination with their hotels, the hotel manager denied check-in because of their internal matter with OYO(not once but twice) ,and for this innocent customers who burn their pockets and still suffer because of such process . After so many complaints they raised the tickets and said that they have initiated the refund and i will get in ** working days, which i have never received till now today is ** Dec****. Finally got cheated by OYO rooms. My booking ID was KIIC****. I have all mail as a evidence that how pathetic their service is. I Must share this experience on other Social Media platforms, so that people can know about the pathetic OYO Process and customer service support team.
( Total expenses i made on that day was **** + **** travelling and other miscellaneous expenses just to check-in the Hotel)
