- OYO Booking Booking refund Open
I booked two room with OYO for one night on **th December in kodaikanal, for Six people. We were shocked to discover when we arrived to check in that Oyo had cancelled our booking. We were told by one of you managers on site that this was because you'd received a larger booking. We were told by a representative in your call center that a refund would be transferred back to my account within ** hours. However, as of today ** Feb **** the money has still not been refunded.
After taking full amount still they are keeping the money with them and now its ** days over.
I need *Lakh as a penalty , as I booked OYO hotel by paying full amount and in the night * PM they cancelled.
I was suffering with my two below * years kid and they have not arranged alternative on that day.
I booked another hotel by paying ** K for * rooms which I need straight forward refund.
Apart from that they harassed me on that day so I need charge to them.
Still when I called they will say that it has been refunded. Seems they are playing with customer money and keeping as funding and getting the interest from Bank.
I need help on this.
