Radhika Chandak filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jun 12, 2018
I was overcharged for my two consecutive uber trips, first trip was from ***, canal street v.i.p road, sreebhumi to AxisMall Rajarjat, i booked a cab for Rs*** and when my trip ended i had to pay ***. That was not enough while returning back from Axis Mall to ***, canal street, v.ip road Sreebhumi, i booked a uber cab at Rs *** and when trip ended i was charged Rs***. I filed a complaint to uber but they replied to one of my mails as i took a different route and so i was charged more, to the contrary i never directed the driver for the route as i was not very sure of the route so i asked him to follow the map. I informed Uber about it but they are not replying back to any of my follow up mails. Please help
