Today like usual I booked Uber (as this has been my first choise among others). It was very disheartening that the ride i took **.**.** was worst of all .
I booked for share I got Uber Go
The waiting time shown was ** minutes and i had to wait too long beyond ** mins, when it got delayed I wanted to cancel the booking a msg reflected that i have to pay Rs ** for that, for a mistake of Uber why me.
The most irritating and horrible part was the engine of the car got dead in the middle of the road and driver told that the car has to be pushed to get start. In the heavy traffic I along with other persons help pushed the car in the scrouching heat. I was getting late for my office,
I was very embarrassing and heart breaking for me.
And there is no way that i can talk to anyone, there is no option to report this.
Please revert and do needful.
