We booked Acorn Hideaway Resort & Spa as per the MMT rating of * star & well paid around **** for * days coz we wanted to make our little ones birthday perfect.

When we were booking it was showing it was showing on website (www.makemytrip.com) that only two rooms left ,But least what we were expecting, once we checked in there were only * rooms booked apart from us (on website it said only * rooms left) , so it is clear case of misleading

We were promised In-house bird watching , Fruit basket, cookies basket.
On the name of in-house bird watching we were offerd " sir hamare yahan essa kuj nahi hota" (my little one like birds this was one of the reason we booked this resort , so we lost major part of money when we were promised bird watching)
On the name of fruit basket we were given " * rotten Bananas wrapped in cling film on a quarter plate " (we agian lost money here since basket promised to us was not provided
On the name of Cookies basket we were given " * choco chip biscuits again wrapped in cling film on a quarter plate"(again the same thing)

We were promised free Buffet breakfast but was only offered Al-carte and said that since there are only two rooms occupied and buffet would not be available. (again loss of services & money )


Major loss of money was to give us mental hrassment.We could not enjoy after we travelled over *** Km as the picture painted to us on website was fake & unreal

The staff was very un cooperative, we had to wait while coming out so that they can check whether we have stolen anything from a room or not.It was not acceptable at all , they even checked water cattle as well to make sure it was working,very very disappointed & upset

I am not at all a fussy traveler but when it comes to comfort of my family yes I am concerned , my * year old wiped his water color with one of their towels , they made us wait */* an hour , whole hotel staff especially Negi & dayal singh humiliated us like anything & made us pay ***INR for that. It was not accepted my wife even said that she can wash it if they want but they insisted on money(now who buys a commercial towel for *** INR unless its from Home store or some big brand) not accepted at all .

The location of resort is crap no information available with any staff .
On the website its misleading there is no Pizza Kraft located *** M away really really disappointing

I would require a refund on this booking as we feel we paid way too much for this
IT was a complete compromise of service & we were absolutely forced in an awkward cell with great humiliation.
