Uber Cabs - Outstanding balance on my account for no reason

I took a ride to Gurgaon railway station on ** May by Uber cab. Their driver dropped me at my destination, but he did not finished my trip. I also did not check as I was in a bit of hurry to board my trip. It was midnight, so as soon as I boarded the train I went to sleep. In the mean time the driver was roaming all around the city and finished my trip after *.* hours, and the whole amount of rs **** is outstanding on my account, however my upfront fair was rs ***. I raised the issue to uber help many times, but they are not even responding. I am attaching my train ticket as a proof that I was not in the cab.
