Pepperfry - Ordered Kosmo Delta Queen size - CBE-BLR

I placed an order queen size cot with box storage with Pepperfry.com on**th Sept ****, order number ( *********) as my previous order was placed to coimbatore, and now my requirement was to bangalore, however while ordering selected item automatically took the booking for coimbatore address.On **th Sept **** i contacted the pepperfry customer support asking for change of address, i was informed that as per the company policy it is not possible to do change of address. Online payment *f *****.** was made and debited from my account for this product when checked if i could cancel the order so that amount is refunded and i could place new request
with correct address. what is the use of pepperfry delivering to coimbatore when the product is needed at Bangalore. i was also told that they will deliver only to coimbatore and we as a customer should do the arrangement to transport the product to bangalore. this was purely done by oversight which anybody could come across, and there should be some solution for this order to be delivered at Bangalore as delivery is done through pepperfry only, which is there internal logistics as they have all rights to change the delivery address. i need a solution either pepperfry to deliver at Bangalore or cancel the order and refund the amount. looking forward to get solution for this issue.
