Team,
It's very disappointing to write this email. I ordered a cake from Birdys Parel, Mumbai for my cousin as it's her birthday today. Without my consent, the ordered was cancelled and I was charged for it. But why?
I was annoyed to get cancellation reason from your executive that I provided the wrong address. How difficult it is to track an address in South Mumbai? It's not just a matter of my money but how unprofessional your services are. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
